Hockey WC now also on the Finnish and Norwegian markets

In three weeks, the world championship in ice hockey begins, which this time will be decided in the capital of Latvia, Riga. We at Sportnyhet Sverige have for many years covered the championship on VMhockey.se and have therefore chosen to launch WC sites on two additional markets.

Jääkiekon-MM is our Finnish site which mainly focuses its coverage on the Finnish national team and their World Cup journey. Finland enters this year's championship as the reigning champion, and the interest in the tournament should therefore be very high, especially with the pandemic that has meant that it has been two years since the tournament was last played. The Finnish lions are seen as Sweden's archenemy in the hockey world and hopefully we can see a battle between the teams in the playoffs.

In order to reach out to the Norwegian audience, we have also started up Ice hockey-vm.com, where, just like on the other sites, we present everything from game schedules and tables, to news and current odds. Norway's national hockey team usually ends up in the middle of the table, and it will therefore be incredibly exciting to see if they can go all the way to the playoffs.
